After analyzing the system, if it does not heat or cool your home to your satisfaction in the first two years, we will remove it and return 100% of your investment. You can’t lose! - 100% Comfort Guarantee - After performing a heat-loss / heat-gain and airflow calculations, we guarantee 1 year on the Basic and 5 years on the Premier and 10 years on Platinum memberships, that the proposed system will heat or cool your home as stated below:
- Heating Season: the heating system at the thermostat will maintain 21C degrees on a -34C degree day. A 55C degree difference from the outside temperature.
- Cooling Season: the air conditioning system at the thermostat will maintain 23C degrees on a 35C degree day. A 12C degree difference from the outside temperature. If the temperature range we have promised is not achieved after analyzing the system, we will replace the system at no charge. We want you comfortable!
- Peace of Mind Guarantee - Our installation experts are the best in skill, attitude, and workmanship, and while they are in your home, your property will be protected from any possible damage.
Our experts will not swear or use tobacco products while in your home. They are all drug screened and criminal background checked.
They will courteously answer any questions or concerns and leave your home as neat as they found it. They will wear floor protectors and place floor protection on traffic areas.
If they fail to do any of the above, we will give you a four (4) year Healthy Home Comfort Club membership (an over $900 value) at no charge to you. - $500 No Frustration Guarantee - If your system breaks down during the first two (2) years and leaves you without heating or cooling, we guarantee to diagnose your system within eight hours from the time you communicate with our service expert, or we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience.
- No Lemon Guarantee - To the original owner, if the compressor in your high quality installed air conditioner fails in the first five years, we don’t just replace the compressor, we install a completely new exterior air conditioner. Of note, typically on a basic system, if your compressor fails in the first ten years, you get a new compressor only – labor to install is extra.
To the original owner, if the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first ten (10) years, we don’t just replace the defective heat exchanger, we install a completely new furnace.
Why should you be stuck with a Lemon? - $500 Installation Date Guarantee - If we do not have your system properly operating within two days of the promised installation date, we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience.
- No Surprise Guarantee - We offer fixed price no surprise pricing, which means that the proposal that you get up front, is the price that you will pay paying. If any additional work is required as a result of hidden things or client requested changes, the specific work will be approved by the homeowner in writing before that work is started. note: many contractors provide an estimate, which typically is
not a fixed price predictable outcome like what we provide. - Utility Savings Guarantee - For projects where we upgrade your existing system to a modern high efficiency system, we guarantee that you will save on utilities consumption as we have calculated for you during the consultation.
If you do not realize the potential savings during the first year, we will refund double-the-difference of what you should have received*.
